September Updates: Family Game Night & More!

Dear Bethany Families,

We hope everyone is settling into the new school year! After-school programs are in full swing, and we hope the kids are enjoying them. We’re also excited to see you all at Family Game Night on Friday, September 20th, from 6:00 to 7:30 PM - a fun way to connect with other families!

A huge thank you to our incredible teachers, parents, and the community for continuously supporting Bethany and our kids. Your involvement is what makes this school so special. As always, we encourage everyone to get involved through volunteering—your support makes all the difference.

Field Day Shirts!

Get ready for Field Day on November 8th by ordering your Field Day shirts now! Each grade level will sport a unique color, so make sure to order the shirt for your student's current grade.

We offer a variety of sizes for both youth and adults, so everyone can join in the fun. Be sure to place your order by October 16, 2024, to guarantee your shirt.

The Field Day shirts feature custom artwork designed by Coach Schmidt. Please note that the background color will vary according to the shirt color for each grade. Don’t miss out—order today!

A Fun Night with the Allen Americans

We are excited to announce that Plano ISD is partnering with the Allen Americans for a special game night just for our students, families, and staff! Join us on October 30 at 7:00 p.m. at the Credit Union of Texas Event Center (200 East Stacy Road, Allen, TX 75002). Doors will open at 6:00 p.m.

To purchase your tickets, please scan the QR code in the image below. Be sure to enter “Bethany Elementary” in the required field so our school can receive $5 for each ticket sold!

Staff Snack Cart

This year at Bethany, we’re dedicated to showing our support and appreciation for our incredible staff. One of the ways we’re doing this is by introducing a Snack Cart that will make its rounds through the school once a month, filled with tasty treats!

To make this initiative a success, we’re inviting donations of individually wrapped snacks such as chips, cookies, popcorn, pretzels, candy, or drinks. If you’d like to contribute, please drop off your donations at the front office, labeled “Snack Cart.”

Thank you for helping us bring a little extra cheer to our wonderful staff!

Virtual Peanut Butter Drive

Bethany Elementary is hosting a virtual peanut butter drive to support the North Texas Food Bank (NTFB) and their mission to close the hunger gap in North Texas by providing access to nutritious food. Through this virtual peanut butter drive and NTFB’s ability to stretch every dollar donated into three meals, your donation makes an incredible impact for food insecure children, seniors and families in our community. General Membership Meeting

Join us November 13, 2024 from 6:00-7:00 PM for our general membership meeting.
